There are many options available at the Floral Mobile Home Park designed to meet your needs. These options range from a newly developed area able to accommodate double-wide trailers to single trailers as well as lots in the more mature areas of the Park. Some of the lots back onto green space and are attractive and private. The lot rents start from $495 for a single wide unit and $520 for double wide units and up depending on location.

The lot rentals include property taxes, water and sewer services, garbage removal, snow removal, street cleaning etc…. However you are responsible for your own Natural Gas and Electric Bills (which are metered). You are also responsible for your own Cable and Telephone Service.

Floral Mobile Home Park is a Resident owned community. Please phone the Office to ask if any Resident is selling their home. We will forward to you any information we have.

To make sure certain aesthetic standards are met and the park is visually pleasing for everyone all manufactured homes that are to be placed in the park must be approved by the management. We will be happy to come out and see the Mobile Home that you would like to bring to the Park and answer any questions that you may have. We will be happy to discuss Move-In Incentives with you. We have spaces for single-wide and double-wide homes, please contact us for availability.

All house pets, such as dogs, cats, tropical fish and birds are allowed; however, they must be approved by Park Manager and registered.

No, there is no swimming pool at the park.

Yes, the park has a meeting room beside the post office which is available for all Park tenants for meeting and functions. The meeting room must be reserved in advance through the manger.

No, we cater to all age groups.

Floral Park is a family oriented park and even though there is no playground on the premises, there are public playgrounds, other recreational facilities and beautiful parks close by that can be used by the children. For the safety of the children and the park tenants children are not allowed to play on the streets.
